October 2015 CEO Update. I am pleased to announce we have completed our Medicare credentialing with the Federal Government as well have secured a contract with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona to accept patients with the CRPS/RSD diagnosis and provide care under their insurance provider effective October 1, 2015. Unfortunately, this still is not the case for depression treatments. However, the overall impression of Ketamine as a legitimate treatment option is continuing to grow in the psychiatric world as an option for patients who continue to receive no benefit from traditional medications.

I want to thank those patients, family members, and others who have supported our Change.org initiative to make Ketamine treatments available for our veterans through the VA system. Any loss of a person to suicide is devastating but it is unacceptable to know that on average 22 military personnel a day are taking their own lives when there is a safe and effective treatment option sitting on the shelf in every pharmacy in every VA hospital in this country. Our men and women deserve the option to try something that may just save their life and their family’s lives.
