CEO Update – December 2020
AHHHHHHH the light at the end of the 2020 tunnel. While the calendar may flip to 2021, I’m sure we will still be dealing with some of the residual effects of 2020. Hopefully, 2020 will allow us all to look back and learn how to take care of ourselves and our loved ones both mentally and physically. At Ketamine Wellness Centers we are going to use what we have learned from 2020 to focus on an optimistic future, thus our vision for 2021 is all about “Positive Vibes”. We may not be able to control the chaos in the world but we can control how we react to it.
One of our goals in 2021 is to move our online support groups to a different chat platform than the traditional Facebook etc. We recommend patients limit their time on social media, then we encourage them to join our support group on social media. We are changing our methods on how to offer online support and encouragement and the group will have more of a positive approach to mental health improvement. Stay tuned for more information.
