CEO Update – October 2020
Ketamine Wellness Centers is officially opening its doors in Houston, Texas on Monday, October 19, 2020. We have hired our clinical administrator and our front office staff who will be in Arizona for training the week of October 12th. Christine, our chief clinical officer, will join them in Houston the week of October 19th for ongoing support and any additional training. This newest addition gives us eight clinical settings in six states, which is the largest ketamine provider for mental health and chronic pain conditions in the United States and possibly the world. However, we aren’t done and are working to secure leases in Jacksonville, Florida, and Las Vegas, Nevada, for operations to commence in the first quarter of 2021.
If you were one of the millions of people who binge-watched the Tiger King series on Netflix during quarantine, you may be familiar with Joshua Dial. Joshua was Joe Exotic’s campaign manager who witnessed Trevor’s fatal self-inflicted gunshot. This past week we documented his stabilization treatments to help his PTSD, depression, and anxiety. We will be releasing the video document soon, but we are so excited to announce his fantastic results. Joshua’s symptoms have reduced by 77% from the first day of treatment to his final infusion on Friday. It is results like this that motivate all of us to continue to grow, educate, and ultimately make this treatment more available and affordable to everyone.
