Our life is full of daily demands from our work, families and social lives which affects our stress and anxiety level. Stress and anxiety affects us all in different ways, and many of us don’t even realize how stressed we actually are. We often become accustomed to being tense, so we think of it as normal.
What is Relaxation & Guided Therapy?
Relaxation techniques are thought to be key to restoring or maintaining a healthy body and mind, as well as help you gain control of your worries and increase mindfulness. For some experiencing on-going issues with stress and anxiety, Relaxation Therapy or Guided Therapy is considered an effective alternative to producing states of deep relaxation. Relaxation Therapy is comfortable, safe and considered to be a highly liberating experience. Benefits include more energy, improved sleep, enhanced immunity, increased concentration and problem-solving, more self-control, less turbulent emotions, and less overall pain.

The practitioners at KWC are able to provide Relaxation/Guided Imagery therapy prior to the start of your Ketamine Infusion treatment to help patients prepare and settle into the treatment itself. We can also provide Hypnotherapy/Guided Imagery therapy as a stand-alone treatment separate from a Ketamine infusion appointment.
