The Science History Organization Highlights Ketamine Wellness Centers as a New Hope for Chronic Pain Sufferers
The Science History Organization recently ran a story titled, Old Drug Ketamine Offers New Hope for Chronic Pain Sufferers highlighting Ketamine as a new hope for chronic pain patients.
In this story, The Science History Organization discusses pain patient Jennifer Ray who has complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS). Prior to being treated at Ketamine Wellness Centers, it was difficult for Ray to find any significant relief. The article states, “Ray, now 31, was also diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and struggled with digestive problems. She often had to go to the hospital for a feeding tube because she couldn’t hold down food. Her constellation of problems all related to a central nervous system gone haywire.” It wasn’t until Ray found Ketamine that she began seeing relief with her CRPS symptoms.
Ray is just one example of the type of patient we serve at Ketamine Wellness Centers. At Ketamine Wellness Centers, we treat a number of professionals from all walks of life, as our clinical program is one of few, if not the only clinic, which combines the diagnostic tools of mental health professionals with the precision of the anesthesia community. The combination of those two professions allows us to evaluate patients and determine how effective Ketamine treatment may be for that person or loved one.
